Mr. Spas Panchev of Bulgaria has been invited as Traditional Philately Commission Bureau Member in accordance with FIP Statutes 42.4

The FIP Traditional Philately Commission met at Jakarta, during Indonesia 2022 WSC on 7 August 2022. The main issue was the election of the new board.
