The Board of Directors of the Federation of Japan has appointed Mr Takashi Yoshida as Japan’s Delegate to the FIP Traditional Philately Commission The Commission would like to thank former President and Delegate Mr. Koichi Sato RDP for his support and leadership during his tenure.
