New Delegate from U.S.A.

The APS has informed us that Mr. Andrew Kelley is now the Traditional Philately Commission Delegate of U.S.A.

The Commission would like to thank Patricia Stillwell Walker RDP for her support to the commission during her tenure as chairperson and delegate.
