Dear delegates,

The meeting will be held in the Venetian Hotel, exact location and time will be announced as soon as we receive further information.

The attendance/proxy/alternate proxy forms have been sent to you by email on 5 April 2026.

1. If you can attend, please return the attendance form.
2. If you cannot attend, please give proxy to another delegate (see delegate list)
3. If you cannot attend and your Federation wishes to nominate an alternate delegate, please fill in the alternate delegate form.

All forms must be sent to the secretary or chairman before 20 June 2026.
