The Chinese Taipei Philatelic Federation has appointed its Secretary-General Dr. Wen-shiang Chen as the delegate to the Traditional Philately Commission in December 2025. Welcome Dr. Chen!

We have been told that the new delegate for France is Monsieur Olivier Saintot, bienvenue! We would like to thank Dr. Jean-Francois Gibot for his contribution during his tenure as delegate and Bureau Member.
